Field data capture · Nationwide
Every job,
on the record.
We run inspections, appraisals, valuations and preservation work through our own field network — and we license the same app to companies who would rather run their own. Captured to the standard you set, described the moment it lands, and filed the same day.
Services
We put people in the field.
A nationwide vendor network working your orders, on your timelines, filed as evidence. You get the record, not a status update.
-
Inspections
Occupancy, exterior, interior and damage, on a fixed cadence or on demand.
-
Appraisals
Licensed appraisal capture with the interior and exterior evidence attached.
-
Valuations
BPO-style condition and comparable capture, filed against the property record.
-
Property preservation
Grass, winterizations, debris removal, board-ups, lock changes and rekeys.
Platform
Or put your own people in it.
License the app our crews use. Build the capture forms your work needs, set your own guards, and hold your own crews to them — whatever the trade.
- ✓ Lawn and landscape maintenance
- ✓ Flower and seasonal planting
- ✓ Snow removal and salting
- ✓ Post-job QA and crew sign-off
- ✓ Site and safety inspections
- ✓ Damage and warranty claims
Same software either way. We did not build a tool to sell — we sell the tool we run on.
Photo guards
You set the standard. The device enforces it.
Field work fails review for the same handful of reasons every time: the photo came out of a gallery, the phone was half a mile from the job, the shot is blurred, or a required item is simply missing. Those are checks, not judgement calls — so they run on the device, at the moment of capture, before anyone drives away.
Every guard is yours to set, per work type. Tighten them for a high-scrutiny client, loosen them where a rural signal will not hold a fix.
- Camera only — no gallery picks ON
- GPS accuracy at capture ≤ 10 m
- Within of job address 150 ft
- Minimum photos per item 2
- Blur and exposure threshold ON
- “Not available” needs a reason ON
Enrichment
Every photo arrives already described.
A photo with no label is a photo somebody has to open. Each capture is read as it lands, so a job arrives searchable instead of arriving as a folder.
-
Location
Which room, elevation or zone the photo shows — classified, not typed.
-
Subject
What the photo is of, kept separate from where it was taken.
-
Condition
Detectors for the things that get disputed: grass height, lockbox present.
-
Text
Meter reads, placards, permit numbers and lockbox codes, pulled by OCR.
What comes out
Not a status. The evidence.
Every completed job files as a record: the captures, the coordinates they were taken at, the moment they were taken, and whether it met the due date. Export it to your system, or hand it to a client who is asking what they paid for.
Nothing is reconstructed after the fact. The stamp comes off the device, on site.

For contractors
Steady work, in your own service area.
Take the orders that fit your route. Capture on your phone, offline if you have to — everything uploads when you get signal. The guards tell you what a job needs before you drive away, so you are not going back for a photo. No fee to join, no charge for the app.
Get started
Tell us which half you need.
Coverage: send the states, service lines and monthly volume. Platform: send the trade and roughly how many people are in the field. Either way you get a real number back, not a discovery call.
