Two ways to buy.

Hire the field network and pay per finished job, or licence the app and run your own crews on it. No platform fee either way, and nothing charged for the people who review the work.

Services

You pay for finished work.

  • Per completed order

    Billed when the work is done and the evidence is filed — not when it is assigned, and not when it is attempted.

  • By service and property type

    A rate per line: inspection, appraisal, valuation, each preservation item. Priced to the property type, not averaged across it.

  • Volume tiered

    Rates step down by monthly order count across all lines, so consolidating work with one network is worth doing.

Platform

You pay for people in the field.

  • Per person in the field

    Priced on people actively capturing in a month, not on how many accounts exist. A seasonal crew costs nothing in February.

  • Office seats are free

    Schedulers, reviewers and admins do not count. Charging for the people who check the work would be charging you for QA.

  • Your forms, no build fee

    Build and change your own capture forms and guards. We do not bill a professional-services engagement to add a question.

Included either way

The software is not a line item.

The app, the guards and the enrichment are how the work gets done — not an upsell on top of it. Billing separately for the tooling would mean billing you to make your own evidence defensible.

Contractors on our network

Vendors are paid, never charged.

No fee to join, no subscription, and no deduction for using the app. You are paid per completed order on the terms in your vendor agreement.
